These one-on-one sessions focus is on creating a safe, attuned space where each person can explore their experiences in their own way, at their own pace, and without pressure to share or compare with others.

Navigating the impacts of interpersonal trauma can include but is not limited to:

  • Bullying (in person or online)

  • Parental separation or divorce

  • Loss of a family member or loved one

  • Family conflict or instability

  • Emotional neglect or abuse

  • Peer rejection or friendship breakdown

  • Exposure to substance misuse or addiction in the home

  • Experiences of discrimination, racism, or social exclusion

Interpersonal trauma can shape how a young person feels about themselves, their safety, and their place in the world. It can show up as anxiety, withdrawal, anger, low confidence, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, substance use, or difficulty with relationships.

Through a personalised approach, young people are supported to make sense of what they’ve been through or are going through, reconnect with their inner strengths, and move forward with greater confidence, stability, and self-understanding.
