Community Collaboration
Co-design for organisations and community groups
I offer community psychology–informed collaboration to support the design, development, and evaluation of community-based projects and programmes that center wellbeing, social justice, equity, and long-term sustainability.
My approach recognises that individual distress does not exist in isolation. It is shaped by relationships, environments, histories, and systems. Effective community work therefore requires more than good intentions — it requires thoughtful design, strong process, and an understanding of how systems interact.
I work alongside communities and organisations to co-design approaches that fit their context which can include applying innovative ideas or enhancing evidence-based practice.
Community psychology offers tools to bridge the gap between knowledge and practice — helping us understand how policies, services, social norms, historical trauma, and structural inequities shape wellbeing outcomes over time.
