These one-on-one sessions are designed to gently support young people as they navigate transitions, challenges, and the lasting impacts of interpersonal trauma. The focus is on creating a safe, attuned space where each person can explore their experiences in their own way, at their own pace, and without pressure to share or compare with others.
Through guided conversations, body-based awareness, reflective and expressive practices, and age-appropriate tools, sessions support the integration of lived experience, the release of unhelpful survival patterns, and the development of new internal resources. The work is tailored to the individual’s developmental stage, nervous system capacity, and current life context.
These sessions are suitable for those who may not feel ready for group work, who benefit from individualised attention, or who are moving through periods of change and transition. Emphasis is placed on strengthening emotional regulation, self-trust, and a sense of agency.
Through this personalised approach, young people are supported to make sense of what they’ve been through or are going through, reconnect with their inner strengths, and move forward with greater confidence, stability, and self-understanding.
