More info…

These closed groups are designed for people ready to delve deeper within themselves to release emotions that keep them trapped in cycles of self-loathing, self-abandonment, or self-hatred.

Through guided processes, reflective activities, and the power of shared experience, participants can integrate knowledge from within, release old patterns, and create new blueprints for post-traumatic growth.

These groups are prerequisite-based, requiring a consultation beforehand, a strong support structure, and the capacity to self-regulate and self-soothe. Participants are asked to be in a relatively stable life stage, prepared to commit to the ongoing journey that such group work entails.

The closed-group format fosters trust, safety, and continuity, creating a container where each member’s commitment benefits the whole group. The sessions complement existing therapy or counselling.

Through collective support, participants have the opportunity to explore, heal, and reclaim freedom from limiting beliefs, while cultivating resilience, self-compassion, and inner strength.
